What We Do

Every relationship has a story. Moments of joy, moments of struggle, and everything in between. You fell in love for a reason, and yet somewhere along the way, the connection may have frayed, the communication may have faltered, and the intimacy may feel

more distant than it once was.

At Mill Creek Couples Counseling, we understand that relationships require intention, understanding, and deep emotional connection

just like any other part of a successful life.

We help couples navigate the complexities of relationships with warmth, honesty,

and expert guidance, creating a space where both partners feel heard, appreciated, and connected.

Who We Are

Adam Waldron knows firsthand how deeply a relationship can cut — not just with pain, but with the kind that lingers. But through his own experience, he also discovered something unexpected: leaning into the hard moments with his partner became the very thing that helped his relationship grow stronger.

That personal insight is a big part of why Adam chose to specialize in couples counseling — to help others find their way through, too. Over the past 11 years, he has supported couples in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, primary care clinics, and private practice. His focus has remained the same: helping couples move from disconnection to deeper understanding, from constant conflict to a sense of real closeness.

Adam’s style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. He creates a space where both partners feel seen, heard, and supported — no sides, no judgment.

He understands that relationships take work, and that success isn’t always guaranteed. But with the right tools — and a little guidance — meaningful change is absolutely possible.

Adam Waldron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an office located in Mill Creek, WA. He attended Antioch University Seattle where he earned his Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Couples and Family Therapy. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their pet chihuahua.
