When trust is broken, the path forward starts here.

My Approach

My style is warm, practical, and direct. In my room, there are no "villains" and no sides—only two people trying to find their way through a crisis. Whether we are rebuilding trust or determining if the relationship can be saved, I provide the tools and the steady hand needed to move forward.

Adam Waldron, LMFT

When a relationship is on the brink of divorce or reeling from the discovery of an affair, "growth" feels like a distant luxury. What you need right now is stability, clarity, and a way to stop the bleeding.

Over the last 13 years, I have helped couples navigate their darkest hours—moving from the shock of betrayal to the solid ground of truth. I specialize in working with "at-risk" partnerships, and providing a non-judgmental space for the Discovery process of an affair. I understand the paralyzing shame of the involved partner and the devastating uncertainty of the betrayed partner.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an office located in Mill Creek, WA. I attended Antioch University Seattle where I earned his Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Couples and Family Therapy. I enjoy spending time with my wife, two children and pet chihuahua.
