Policies and Payment Information
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you. Because I work with a limited number of clients to provide better access to care, late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to others in need. To ensure fairness and availability, I ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the process.
Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee.
Missed appointments ("no-shows") will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance
Mill Creek Couples Counseling is out-of-network with all insurance providers. Payment is due at the time of service or upon purchasing a package.
Payment
I accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.
